What kind of products will I receive in the box?

Each box includes 3–5 (Standard Tier) or 5-7 (Premium Tier) carefully selected items for skiers and snowboarders—ranging from useful essentials (like socks, wax, and gear tools) to fun surprises (like après gear, fitness items, or mountain-themed accessories). Everything is curated to match the season and enhance your time on and off the mountain.

Is the box for skiers or snowboarders?

Both! The gear we include is selected to work for anyone who rides the mountain—whether you ski, snowboard, or do a bit of both. If we ever include terrain-specific items, we’ll make sure to accommodate your preferences.

When will I get my box?

Boxes ship every two months on a fixed cadence, with the first box shipping in late October. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your box leaves our hands. If you sign up mid-cycle, you’ll be queued for the next upcoming box.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes—you can cancel or skip a box at any time before your next billing date. We make it easy to manage your subscription through your account.

Are the items inside worth the price?

Absolutely. Each box contains products with a total retail value of about 1.5x what you pay. We work directly with brands to bring you gear at a better value than you’d find in stores—plus, you’ll discover new stuff you might not have tried otherwise.
