For Shoppers & Consumers

Where do you ship?

We currently ship consumer orders within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to order, email us at team@abominablesupply.com and we’ll see if we can accommodate.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days. Drop-ship items (fulfilled by our brand partners) may take longer. Estimated timelines are listed on product pages whenever possible.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on most Abominable Supply apparel within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Some third-party products may have different return eligibility, which we note on their product pages. See our Returns and Refunds policy for full details.

Do you ever offer free shipping?

Yes! We run free shipping promotions from time to time — details will be clearly marked on the site when available.


For Retailers & Dealers

How do I become a dealer?

Visit our Wholesale & Dealer Portal to apply. You’ll need to provide basic business details (name, contact info, tax ID/resale certificate if applicable). Once approved, you’ll get access to our product catalog and wholesale pricing.

Do you have order minimums?

Order minimums may vary by brand and product line. We’ll confirm details once your account is approved.

Where do you sell wholesale?

We actively wholesale to U.S. and Canadian retailers. We’re also open to working with dealers across all of North America, including Mexico and the Caribbean, on a case-by-case basis.

Do you ship wholesale orders internationally?

Yes, if we receive inbound requests. International wholesale orders may be subject to additional freight, customs, or compliance requirements.


For Affiliates & Ambassadors

What’s the difference between affiliates and ambassadors?

  • Affiliates earn a 15% commission on sales they generate through unique tracking links.
  • Ambassadors are athletes or creators who represent our brands through sponsorships, events, or promotional opportunities.

How do I apply?

Go to our Affiliate & Ambassador Program page and fill out the application form.

How are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid monthly once you meet the minimum payout threshold. Details will be confirmed when your application is accepted.

Do you only work with North American partners?

Not necessarily. While we focus on North America for retail and wholesale, affiliates and ambassadors can apply from anywhere as long as their audience is a good fit for the brands we represent.


For Brands & Suppliers

How do you work with brands?

We help snow sports brands expand across North America through three main channels:

  • Direct-to-consumer (Shopify & drop-shipping)
  • Amazon (FBA or Vendor)
  • Wholesale B2B (U.S. and Canadian retailers, with expansion into Mexico/Caribbean as inbound demand arises)

Do you handle imports and compliance?

Yes — we coordinate with trusted logistics partners to support international brands. While our partners handle freight forwarding and customs clearance, we manage compliance details, labeling, and integration into sales channels.
