Returns and Refunds

We want you to be stoked about every order from Abominable Supply. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our returns and refunds process varies slightly depending on whether you’re shopping as a consumer or purchasing through our wholesale/B2B channels.


1. Abominable Supply Apparel & Gear (Consumer Orders)

We accept returns on most Abominable Supply–designed clothing and gear within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags (if applicable) must still be attached

To initiate a return, email us at team@abominablesupply.com with your order number and a quick note about the item(s) you’re returning. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


2. Third-Party Products (Consumer Orders)

Some of the products we sell are fulfilled directly by our brand partners. Because of this, return eligibility can vary. Generally:

  • Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days
  • Some third-party items are final sale (this will be clearly noted on the product page)
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we’ll work with the brand to resolve it — including arranging a replacement or refund where possible

3. Wholesale & Dealer Orders (B2B)

For retailers and dealer partners, returns are handled differently than individual consumer purchases:

  • Order Accuracy & Damages: Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any order discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 business days of receipt. After this window, we may be unable to process claims.
  • Returns of Unsold Merchandise: Wholesale and bulk orders are not generally eligible for return unless specifically agreed upon in advance. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptions.
  • Freight Damage: If damage occurs during freight delivery, please note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier and/or our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

4. Refunds

  • Consumer Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Wholesale Orders: Approved wholesale return credits or refunds will be issued in the form agreed upon with your account manager (e.g., credit toward future orders or refund to the original payment method). Processing times may vary based on order size and payment method.
